mylumnad
To make a long story short, a group of us hired a Law Firm in CA to help with debt settlement using Accord and Satisfaction under each state's UCC code. A lot of us feel defrauded and ripped off. Where can I find a good firm to consult with? (I live in IL.)

Chapel Hill
If you believe that your were wronged by a California lawyer you have recourse. There are really good malpractice law firms in both the San Francisco Bay Area and in LA. Take your pick. Do your research and then light up the ole boy you feel took your case but didn't respresent your interests.
