GertschMom1121
I tried to pull my TU report last month and it wouldn't let me for some reason. Recently realized it could be because I got married (uh 2 years ago...??) and they might not have accurate records for me.1. Should I send letters to the Big 3 with my current name and address?2. Should my husband also notify them of the current address?3. Can we request new reports sent to us after they update our info?Thank you!

They all allow you to do it either by mail, phone, or online but let me suggest you send it at least certified in case claims arise that it wasn't received. You can find each of their correspondence addresses online. After they have updated your info you should have no problem accessing your reports. If you need them quickly you might give them a call and see what the process is for expediting access to the reports. Hope that helps!
jasen
In my experience, they choose to not accept any documentation you send them. Ensure that all your creditors have the updated information, and it should filter down to the CRA as well. Not that it will hurt to send them any docs, but I fear it might be wasted effort. Maybe others will be more lucky than I've been though.
