10 y/o judgment

can a ca sill go after my bank account on a 10 y/o judgement?

i just saw they had a hard inquairy, and wonder what they can do next

i am in new jersey

Yes, as I said in your other thread, judgments in NJ are good for 20 years. You can expect a call from them asking you to pay up. If you don't make some kind of arrangement, you can expect a Writ of Execution from the sheriff. You can make an arrangement with the sheriff, but now HIS fees will also be added to whatever you owe. So it's in your best interest to pay the CA before the sheriff gets involved. Are you collecting unemployment or disability or any kind of govt. assistance?

no self employed, if i make payment arangements is that like re-aging

this matter? it can never go back on my credit report again can it?

A judgment isn't like a collection account. It lasts for 20 years and can be renewed once, for another 20 years. It can also remain on your CR for up to 7 years after it is satisfied. Having a judgment in NJ is like having a kid. Once you have it, you're stuck with it for a loooong time. The only way you are going to get rid of it is to pay it off or declare BK.

this judgement is 10 y/o and is off my credit report, is there any way

it can find it's way back on my report?

Be sure to check all three of your reports. Just because it's off one, it may not be off all three. I have a judgment that shows up on TU and EX, but nothing on EQ.
