Colorado Citation to show cause

Recommended Posts

I was just served with a citation to show cause relating to a small claims judgement. The citation reads that I have failed to fill out the interrogatories in the correct time (which I did) or to adequately answer the questions.

Attached to the citation is a very poorly written letter from the plaintiff (an individual) accusing me of lying and many other things. The exact words are "based on she lies a lot"

Doesn't the judge have to have a little more evidence than "SHE LIES A LOT" to drag me back into court? Is there some kind of evidence required here?

Thank You For Reading My Post!!:)
