Janu2 Posted March 30, 2011 Report Share Posted March 30, 2011 The lawyer I consulted with said that this isn't possible in my case (a delinquent auto loan that has gone to small claims); that the most I can hope for is to avoid a judgment. BV80 Posted March 31, 2011 Report Share Posted March 31, 2011 First, they are not obligated to delete anything as long as they are reporting correctly. Second, perhaps they are not allowed to delete.
