BV80 2,819 Posted May 11, 2011 Report Share Posted May 11, 2011 It's not unusual for the Plaintiffs in these cases to take longer to respond. They responded, and you didn't have to file a Motion to Compel. I'd be very surprised if a judge would dismss simply because they took 45 days to respond instead of 30.
