It says we bought you'r accountfrom citibank. I'm getting ready to send a d.v letter to him.I was wondering is he licensed to collect in Arizona. I'm in Mesa. Can he tryto collect if he's not licensed in AZ. I googled him and I found he is affiliatedwith cach llc Does anybody have any info on cach llc. 1stStep Posted August 25, 2011 Report Share Posted August 25, 2011 Collection agencies are required to be licensed, but attorneys do not have to be licensed. Check his letterhead to see what States he is licensed in. If it isn't Arizona he will have to get an Arizona licensed attorney to do his dirty work.
