One point I brought up was that the Plaintiff has to show they own the debt and to this point they hadn't. I didn't use the technical term Lack of Standing, so my question is can I still bring that up at the hearing?Since you are a pro se litigant, the court should understand you don't use legal buzzwords but if the concept is there, the court shows no prejudice by using other language to characterize what you've written.
