xavi72
I've been looking around California court rules but I haven't been able to get a clear understanding of how to submit my discovery.Do each request (RFA, Special Rogs, document request) go on a separate pleading paper or do I submit them all together? I know that the total of each can not be more than 35 requests but I"m a bit confused as to the submission of these. If anybody can answer this, I would greatly appreciate it!!! 1stStep
Have you sent your BOP request yet?If not, I'd wait until you got a response, then sent further discovery over.
Scientific
1st Step is right, you should send a demand for bill of particulars first and see what they respond with and THEN put together your other discovery requests (if needed). Calawyer wrote an excellent post about BOP vs other discovery requests and how it's much easier to file a motion to compel BOP vs the other discovery demands. Scientific
From my quick research, no:A "bill of particulars" is not a recognized pleading in the state of Georgia. Brooks v. State, 141 Ga. App. 725, 730 (3) (234 SE2d 541); Smith v. State, 139 Ga. App. 515, 519 (4) (228 SE2d 705).
