RobbenGood luck with getting your annual free report...same craphappened to me (timed out) several months ago and I ended calling the CRA's .They said there was an alert on my report..they removed it after verifying me.They then said I will be able to get my free report when I logged back in.I logged back in and it said I alrady recieved my annual free report..what lying dirtbags ! Too much trouble and work to get my reports so I signup for a paid service to get my reports.I suggest you do the same..not worth the aggravation . RobbenI've never had a problem getting my free credit report. The reason they ask identifying questions is to make sure they're providing the report to the correct person. In this day and age of ID theft, sometimes simply supplying one's social security number isn't enough.
