mom939409
Hello again! My son and I were going over his credit report and we noticed that Asset Acceptance had done an inquiry which has me concerned. He has 4 accounts which are in good standing and nothing negative at all (we checked all 3 cr) so is there anything I can do besides monitor his reports so that these dingleberries don't try and tack something on there that is not his? Thanks!

Thanks! If he doesn't have any delinquent accounts he could send Asset a letter demanding to know what their Permissible Purpose pursuant to FCRA is and threaten a lawsuit if the answer is unsatisfactory.
