abbygail
Just checked online after submitting an order for summary judgment. The judge issued an order stating the motion for summary judgment will be carried with the trial. What exactly does this mean?
Seadragon
They have to hold the order till after trial.
abbygail
Is that good or bad?
Seadragon
to see if it was denied in part and granted in part. requesting disposition would be a good call to the clerk for the tentative ruling if it is not available online. This could be good or bad but waiting till after or right before trial means they are not granting it or they are allowing the other side more time to respond.what was the SJ issues? and what was the other sides response?there is something fishy here because SJ is supposed to dispose of non triable things and has to be ruled on.find out those things and post or PM.I have never heard of this happening. nascar
This simply means that the court is not going to rule on the summary judgment motion. The issues will be addressed at trial.
