Inquiry By Unidentifyable Financial Group

I got an updated credit report after disputing an inquiry.

I wrote to the Inquirer at the address listed on the credit bureau. The mail came back as "Undeliverable - No forwarding address."

I called the phone number listed, and this number is disconnected. I'm still within the 30 days from when I disputed the inquiry, so I'm not 100% sure if I should contact the Credit Bureau just yet.

Also, does this count against the 30 days this organization has to validate the inquiry? In my view, the Financial Organization that inquired on my credit report has a duty to keep their contact details current with the credit bureaus, and they've failed in their duty.

If I write to the bureau in a week (when the 30 days is up), what do I need to say to get them to wipe this off?
