Obviously if your claimed statute of limitations, arguing the debt is outside the statute of limitations is what you want to argue and not the case needs to be settled by arbitration. They only sent a letter of representation, are suing me, and appearing before the court on behalf of the Plaintiff, but they did not provide me the retainer proof.
