Made A Mistake On POS, Do I Need To...

Hi all,

I Just noticed we made a mistake on a POS (Proof of Service). Although the "date signed" was the actual date of mailing, the "On (date) XX-XX-XXXX I mailed from city..." was an old date we had sent a previous notice to the plaintiff. It was for a BoP and only a few days old, no problem to send them another Bop if this mistake is a problem.

Please help in a way to fix this error or advice on if it needs to be fixed.

You could do a "corrected" POS. No need to send another BOP.
