ntxrunner
My wife was just served this past Monday, the 16th, and we have 10 days to respond in writing to the JOP. I have already gotten some good knowledge off of this site by reading previous conversations, but I am still lost. Any help would be appreciated - thank in advance! Asset acceptance is not the original creditor and we had never heard of this company prior to one letter we recieved back in September of 2011. I am not looking to make any money off of this deal, I simply need to understand how to take care of it. Can anyone help lead us in the right direction?
