IndiraMehta
Wow. This is seriously their schtick? At least one of the commenters is nominally self-aware, offers some pretty good advice (if I were the JDB), then gets IMMEDIATELY shut down by the OP who seems to... not be that bright.Crazypants. 1stStep
This is why you should never feel bad about suing for FCRA, FDCPA or TCPA violations - show them NO MERCY!!!!
Coltfan1972
Here is what I like, well love !! "Couple of other technical violations, not reported as disputed, etc."You know they dang technical violations like verifying an account to the CRA that might have cost the debtor getting house, when you had no right to verify. Yeah, and when I get a speeding ticket for going 110 in a 70, I just tell the judge it was a technical violation because nobody got killed. "They’re suing of course, naturally."Sorry, you want them to send you a thank you letter and tell you not to do it again. Oh that's right, they never, never sue anybody to enforce their rights, it's only the debtors that sue. The courts are not packed full of creditors suing debtors, it's the other way around. Silly me.
