jewel14
First time in court for a lawsuit...so forgive my newbie question here, but can we motion the judge to deny, thereby not allowing their attorney to appear by phone for court date for summary judgement? WhoCares1000
This is something the courts allow all of the time so opposition would probably be futile. This can work to your advantage however because you can see the judge's body language on how he is thinking and the judge can see your body language on how you are thinking but the plaintiff attorney cannot see either so they might plow on when it might be best to shut up or stay quiet when they need to add something else. jewel14
Thank you for that insight. I can see that side as well and agree with you. I wanted to see if there was previous experience out here to pursue it or just leave it alone.
