Motion to Compel Discovery

Recommended Posts

Hi All,

I've sent out req. for docs, req. for admissions and interrogatories and tomorrow march 15, 2012 will be day 30. Per california discovery rules they have 30 days from receipt to provide a response. My question is: if i do not receive a response can i file a motion to compel and ask the judge to not allow any documents submitted for trial due to there lack of a response? Also, california does not require a meet and confer if the other party has not provided any response.
