can i file bop for money lent?

here it is my 3rd suit.

this summons is different from the others tho, the complaint is on pleading and not on cause of action form(pld-c-001) and is for account stated; money lent

dose this fall into BOP or must i use production of documents.

info...

1. Who is the named plaintiff in the suit? Cavalry spv

2. What is the name of the law firm handling the suit? winn law group

3. How much are you being sued for? 6k

4. Who is the original creditor? boa

6. How were you served? in person at the door

7. Was the service legal as required by your state? yes

8. What was your correspondence (if any) with the people suing you before you think you were being sued? received letters from both law firm and cavalry saying they just purchased the account with the 30 days to dispute

9. What state and county do you live in? CA, los angeles

10. When is the last time you paid on this account? 3 years

11. What is the SOL on the debt? To find out: 4 years

12. What is the status of your case? answer was just filed

13. Have you disputed the debt with the credit bureaus (both the original creditor and the collection agency?) No

14. Did you request debt validation before the suit was filed? yes

15. How long do you have to respond to the suit? 30days

Please post what they are claiming:

charges are account stated and money lent

1. principal of damages in the sum $xxxx

2. interest on that sum at the legal rate of 11.240% per annum form 2009

3. cost of suit and;

4. such other relief as the court may deem just and proper.

same wording for both cause of action.

No questionnaires or no evidence was sent

dont know how far these guys wanna play but for over 6k they may make me work for this one.
