drummer55
caught this site and its mainly about loans.Chase-Sucks.org » Is Chase missing documentation on ALL WaMu loans? The FDIC also never SPECIFICALLY assigned any of the loan inventory to Chase. This means Chase has no specific proof that your loan belongs to it. Chase doesn’t have the original paper note (it was likely shredded and they only kept digital copies) and it likely doesn’t have any ASSIGNMENT CONTRACT proving that it owns your loan either. Since the FDIC sells off different assets piecemeal to different buyers, Chase wants us to believe that Chase bought everything at once, but there is no specific proof since the individual loans were never separately assigned/sold/inventoried. Chase might be trying to retroactively fake that documentation now, and they might just get away with it.

WhoCares1000
I do not know about that but I have seen the FDIC do stuff like that before. I remember in the late 80s or early 90s, Goldome got shut down by the FDIC even though they had followed all their requirements after being forced to make bad loans to South America by the government. I know of this as a result of some inside information (I knew one of the accountants that balanced the banks accounts). What the author has to say does not surprise me. Some bad mortgages weren't so bad when they made it on the books of the bank that purchased them.
legaleagle
Nothing surprises me when the govt is in charge. Excuse me, I meant to say Goldman Sachs and the European Central banks. Hey, anybody know where the 500million ounces of gold went that disappeared out of Ft Knox? 700 million by audit in 1953, last audit showed 256. Nobody allowed in since 1979. Oops. kutuzov
I defaulted with Wamu cc when they got closed. NEVER ever recieved a call from Chase on this matter no bills no nothing, yet they reported to the cr that I defaulted on an account they never apperantly own. Anyway now is in the hands of a JDB so chances they will sue me, and that they can prove in court that they own it in court are inexistant. Since they will be going for a chase cc that I never got, so they will have to prove that chase purchased the account, provide the bills from Wamu, and even then will have to get a witness from wamu :), etc.Anyway lealeagle, Obama and any of our presidents should know exactly what happened with the gold, that is no mytery is just lack of comunication to the general public. Let's stay away from politics ...
