lyrech
My hubby got a letter from from the sheriff of Cole county, MO titled "Notice to debtor for exemptions from levy". We live in MO, but not anywhere near Cole county. This is where the state capitol is, so I'm assuming that is why it's from there. Couple of questions...How does he claim these exemptions? There are a ton of them listed. Does he just send a letter listing them or is there a form to fill out? Were they supposed to file it in Cole county? Is this a mistake on their part? Thanks! 1stStep
I'd check and see if there was a case filed against you in that county...
