crash5050
Me mudder filed a chapter 7 BK a few years ago, after her hubby died, and the pension could not pay the bills. Does the Chapter 7 wipe Everyything from the slate, to include things she might have forgotten or just missed, like a magazine subscription, a medical bill, etc. Is it all inclusive, even if the creditor was not listed on the petition? Denita
Yes, its all inclusive with the exception of student loans. Also to discharge income taxes (if applicable) the taxes have to meet certain guidelines. But for those items you mentioned like magazine subscriptions, collections, etc then those items are discharged with her receipt of her discharge.
