Guest supertbone Posted April 7, 2012 Report Share Posted April 7, 2012 I have an small private student loan that went to collections sometime ago and now I am trying to settle it with Sagres Company which currently owns the debt. I haven't heard from them lately and am trying to reach them but their number on their website goes to voicemail after the IVR tries to route my call to CS and no one returns my calls. Has anybody had a similar issue with them or other agencies? It seems odd that they would not pick up. Perhaps it is some new tactic. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
