Ok so I have 3 student loans ( small amount less then 5k now) I defaulted and. Did a successful rehab. Been out of default for 3 yrs. Sallie mae is still reporting as of 4/12. Negative on all 3. Saying it has been sold or transfered and in comments saying a insurance company is paying it. I called them talked to 3 different people. Then was sent to who I rehabbed my loan with. They assured me many times once I completed any negative items would be removed. Well the rehab place removed their portion.

Sallie mae sent me back to them. I am sending a letter with a copy of the negative reporting for my cr. Hopefully they will fix it. I have disputed it with ca. As well any advice?

That is about the best you can do here. Unfortunately a lot of these student loan companies are very inefficient when it comes to certain things. Just keep following up on it and hopefully something good will happen.

Make sure you don't have any other loans out there that may be causing the mix-up. You wouldn't believe how often that happens.

Thanks slg nope there were only these ones. I am sending the letter and cr to sallie mae. I think some of the people they employ there have a lack of personal intelligence but that's just me. It seems that they have some form to fill out blah blah blah. But the MGA told me exactly what to do and they are sending me a copy of my completion letter for the rehab program.
