BV80
Hi All, excellent forum world of help. But I have a basic law question. Since I am answering with a general denial do I still need to answer the interrogatories:"If admission 1 is denied, state and explain every reason or basis for that denial"Please advise. Thanks for the help!Be sure to read your court's Rules of Civil Procedure.A Complaint and discovery requests are 2 different things. Just because you've denied the allegations in the Complaint doesn't mean you can avoid discovery. Also, "If admission 1 is denied, state and explain every reason or basis for that denial" is an admission request, not an interrogatory. We can't offer suggestions for your response if we don't know what was stated in the Complaint and the discovery requests.
legaleagle
You are required by the rules of civil procedure to respond. Post them here and we will help you formulate answers. You haven't posted much, more info is needed. The complaint, who is suing, how much, what is your defense.
