NeverServed
So my domesticated judgement. A Rule Nisi was ordered. What happens , What should I expect, Is there a fair chance my judgement will be vacated. Since the judgement I was unaware of. It was a default judgement. I wasnt even living in the state they got the judgement, Nor had I lived there for a few years. Any advice would be great
Coltfan1972
Correct me if I'm wrong, but is that not just fancy for we are going to have a hearing on the matter, like a trial.

I am nervous because I am hoping the judge vacates then I send that and get the original vacated. But I am hoping someone can chime in. If the judge vacates the domesticated judgement here. Does that take care of the judgement from the other state? Or would I still have to attack that?
1stStep
You would still need to get that judgment vacated.
