Any So cal people? Fax docs help

Back when I answered the court, I paid the fee to answer for nearly $300 bucks. I want to submit my CCP 98 today via MC-005 form. Do I need to pay another fee or the just the fee to fax the documents? I'm getting a busy signal when I'm calling to ask.

My understanding is that you just send it to the Plaintiff, you don't file a CCP96 with the court. That said, be sure to keep several copies of it along with your proof of mailing and proof of delivery.
