Thank you all for your comments. I need assistance with handling a Declaration In Lieu. Is it form CCP96?

No, it's not actually a form. You type it on Legal 28 line paper and serve the Plaintiff, if that's what you plan on doing.

I wrote one and served to Plaintiff's Atty and also filed it with the court, but I'm finding out now, that it really doesn't matter, pro per litigants can still be cross examined. But, the advantage of filing it with the clerk, is the Judge can pre-read some of your testimony in advance.

Anyone care to comment on my comment? lol I'm still new to this, this is as I understand it to be and at the best of my personal knowledge! :)
