lovebird48
I am pleased to have been able to work with Gary:D with DGWeber law office. He was able to help us save our home from foreclosure. I originally spoke with him a few months ago, as I was shopping around. There were so many schemes out there that were trying to direct me to pay them money decided to work with Wells Fargo Directly. They lied to me, saying they could help me. Last month I received a foreclosure notice my house was going to be sold Aug 28, 2012. We were about to lose our home and I remembered I had Gary's info. So I called him and told him that I should've listen to him in the beginning. I was not able to afford a Bankruptcy attorney; his office told me how to do this myself. I went to the bankruptcy court house in Saint Louis, MO and paid $281 and filed a chapter 13 bankruptcy which canceled the foreclosure. I am would recommend Gary to anyone experiencing financial problems or trouble with their mortgage. Gary worked with me to get me organized. He went out of his way to help me. After hours on his own personal time, he logged onto my computer with me and fixed my computer problems. He collaborate's well IF you take the time to actually really listen to him. If anyone has any questions about his work ethic email me. Edited August 29, 2012 by lovebird48 Typo
willingtocope
Always suspicious of a first time poster claiming to have a sure fire fix for such problems. And, we all know there is more to filing a BK13 than just going to the courthouse and paying a fee...Danger, Will Robinson..... Sorry that you don't trust me or believe what I have said. I have been put through the ringer trying to save this house and I really and truly appreciate what Gary has done to help. I know that there is more to bankruptcy than what I have done so far. I know that I have a long way to go to get this resolved. I KNOW THAT Gary will be there for me IF I need him. I am now no longer under his direct supervision as he was my intake worker. Even thought I am moving up higher in the chain he is still here for me. EVEN after hours!!!! So think what you will BUT I know what he has put up with me WHILE we worked together on this. He's a people person that understands other peoples problems and does his best to help. As he has done for me. Edited August 29, 2012 by lovebird48
S. Louis Blisko
If it's true then Bravo. If not the Uh Oh.Sounds like some info is missing as simply filing the BK can't be the end of the story. If you want to help those in need it might be useful to fill in some of the blanks. Point - the sale date was adjourned.Submitted her paper work last week - her lender requires a 7 day window before to stop a sale date. Since she could not afford an attorney, our attorney told her what she had to do. Even through she has my cell, referred her to CIC where she can ask questions and learn how to rebuild her life.At 60yrs old - she did a very good job doing everything by herself. I do not mind going the extra mile for people who are honest, listen and follow directions....

Working on re-modification of the home loan and getting a handle of all our bills. Trying to get our lives back and make ends meet with maybe a little left over to set back for later on. That is what Gary and DG Weber has started to help us get to.
