Called credigy to see stance on pay for delete (told by friend). Asked for a superviser able to discuss pay for delete and was informed that she was a supervisor and credigy doesn't do pay for delete because illeagal. Keeper trying for any other info but didn't get any just her asking "is there anything else".

Only info on credit report not fully correct is oc was city finance and report said Santander. After calling Santander they said Credigy bought debt. Credigy said commercial recovery services is handling collections. CRS said couldn't do the delete cause its not their debt.

This is only neg on report and is a charge off few years old. Still 2 more years till SOL. Credit report is 637. And yes I'm ashamed. It's a repossession and debt is around $3000. I don't really want to file bankruptcy unless best or only option.

Has anyone had any good results with these people?

What should I do? Please help and thank you.

I'd did call Santander and they said the debt was sold to Credigy. Wish it was still owned by Santander. Collection rep credigy directed me to said they represent Santander and credigy both and she just done a pay for delete with costumer of Santander. Are they one in the same? Like Main Street and credigy? If I can't settle for PDF really soon I'm goin to hire a pro to take care of it and if all else fail and they don't want to compromise then I can always go bankrupt. But not really wanting to. At least they wouldn't get want they want either lol

I didn't even get time to say a price on PDF. As far as they knew I might have paid full
