As with a number of folks here, the Midland beast has reared its head into my CRs, with two TLs. I disputed in June; TU deleted, but EX & EQ verified. I'm plotting my next steps which might include either a MOV, dispute or a 623. But I want to be sure the reporting is correct. So, learned friends, please kindly review the extracts below, and let me know if there is something worth fighting about.
