howucan2
I came across something unique and I need some "coltfan" style detective work , "here is your rope to hang " strategy.I can't reveal too much because it is case sensitive and I know opposition reads this site.So here it goes without giving out too much info.;I recently filed in arbitration against an OC and all parties involved.I get a cut and paste response which identifies the alleged disputed card with WRONG 4 digit numbers but even more interesting it identifies the alleged account was opened as a retail card ! I had never set a foot in that retail store until a few years ago and that was b/c I had to prepare my taxes ! In another section of their answer it identifies the alleged credit card as being a "premier" Colored card with another 4 digit number and stating it to be allegedly opened as the premier colored card. (Fact is premier color did not exist until mid 2000, almost a decade later than the time the alleged account was said to be opened ).I have a hunch that I am not dealing with the real OC but the BIG " N" JDB. The one who manufactures papers and pretends to be OCs (says on its web site). The court documents they filed had nothing but a copy of a last statement allegedly sent (which I never received ) six months after the default and an affidavit of an affiliate. What type of questions in discovery will lead them to admit their lies? BV80
If this is with JAMS, you need to read their rules of discovery to see what you're allowed to do as far as discovery requests are concerned.
TomnTex
If I read your post right, might also be ID theft......
