HeadMongoose
So Cavalry has filed for Summary Judgment and I'm wondering, shall I file a Reply and Opposition with a Memorandum in Support? Or just the Reply?
BrunoTheJDBkiller
You need to file an opposition. Here is a sample from federal court, the format should be acceptable at your level as well.https://www.checkpointusa.org/roadblock/lawsuit/docs/p9/sj2/defendants/response/defSjResponse.pdf
Rivertime
I know in California the opposition documents need to prepared, served and filed in a very specific way. The opposition documents themselves are very specific as to how your opposition arguments and objections are to be listed. There are also time lines that need to be followed. I'd recommend reading some of Arizona's rules of Civil Procedure to make sure your responses and filings are correct.Good Luck,rt
