hellwiththem Posted November 3, 2012 Report Share Posted November 3, 2012 (edited) Credit card Banks and Mortgage Banks screwed whole America by makingtheir life upside down but Americans are brave people and they are fighting backTO CANCEL THAT DEBT for example like couple of years back CITY BANK sued me and I answered complaint But at trial they never show up. case was about 12k soI won that case. year back Discover sued me 11.5k I answerd complaint then they send me letter to settle so hell with them I ignored them I filed discovery documents they answered today was trial date when I check outside paper record my case was not there then I ask clerk he said plaintiff dismissed case 2 weeks ago SO DONT AFRAID KEEP FIGHTING Edited November 3, 2012 by hellwiththem spelling Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
