bravoflaca2000
COLTFAN1972 IF YOU READ THIS JUST WANT TO SAY YOU WERE SO RIGHT WORD FOR WORD .I sent a long DV form that I found huge mistake ,should have gotten advice and coltfan advice was the best I have , I should have remained calm and kept it short and sweet. can I still remedy and do myself ? I am willing to sue them but not sure if this is even an option now. I found this website looking for another option to being sued in court and not having money for attorney. I sent DV letters to all the listings I did not recognize ( I did not send DV for the one I am in court for) I had not done this in the last last 3-4 years ,never did it after I Purchased my house big mistake , signed up for credit monitoring now .So because I was summoned for a debt I ran my credit to see whats going on.I am currently being sued for another debt in court this will be my first time, and I am doing pro se in court which even if I lose I recomend still doing ,fight them dont let them get it free is how I feel now.Wanted to explain situation not sure if it helps to understand where I stand or with the advice I am asking for .By the way the debt I am being sued for is owned by the same company that I sent a DV letter to for another debt they claim they own , so I have two issues for different accounts with same jdb.I sent 5 DV letters 3 answered 2 did not .
