BIG Bank...big, big bank in no trouble at all. $225K 2nd mortgage (HELOC) sued us. Heart just dropped through my feet... until I read the agreement they included, with an Arbitration clause. I didn't answer the complaint, but sent them a letter requesting arb.... and filed a MTC arb.

Just received the Voluntary Dismissal!!

I knoooow..... it's not over. And I don't know what to expect other than BK if we have to. However, we did get a settlement offer for $41K right before they filed suit...so, we'll see.

I've got to be missing something.
