One case hasn't gone too well as some of you know. but...I got 2 cases dismissed earlier this year by filing mtc arb and today I get home from work, ready to work on this mtc and...Equable Ascent financial (OC was wamu/chase) lawyers just sent me a stip dismissal!!Yay, didn't have to even file a mtc arb on this one. They sued, I answered, pretrial was set, they dismissed. It's w/o prejudice, but this is the second time they've done it, and according to what I've read in mi rcp, 2 times w/o prejudice is as good as with prejudice. If anyone knows otherwise, please let me know.
