Guest therake Posted November 17, 2012 Report Posted November 17, 2012 I'm having a broblem with a bank that refuses to change the negative reports on my credit file @ Equifax. My question is how do I file a suit for noncompliance? It all started with a phone call with the bank and a recorded conversation they claim they didn't have, When we started a deed in lieu. When the band responded to my dispute there contention is I don't have written proof of the conversation. The only way I can prove it is to go to court and request discovery for the phone recordings.
