I tried to reach them on their north hollywood number 818 762 6262 but in vain. Looks like that number is disconnected. I tried googling and got the same number. Is there any other number that I can use? I want to talk to them to get rid of the enquiry as I didnt authorize them to run.TIA

BV80 Posted November 22, 2012 Report Posted November 22, 2012 Did you perhaps have a Washington Mutual account at one time? Chase acquired all of WAMU's accounts.If there's no connection to Chase at all, as 1stStep said, dispute the inquiry.
