Is a debt collector like an ambulance chasing attorney's?

Recommended Posts

Got this debt collector attorney firm that dunned Vinny for an alleged credit card default a year and a half ago. Dunn was duly answered by Vinny.

2 months later the same ambulance chaser dunned Vinny for a different alleged credit card default on another Big Bank.

This firm opened suit on Vinny for that 2nd one.Six months ago Vinny was dunned on the first alleged default by a different firm claiming to be hired by the Big Bank. Two months later this same firm that brought the present suit 1 year ago sent a dun again claiming to be hired by the same bank. So it appears from records that the 1st and current ambulance chaser had the alleged default.... then handed it off to another one,They didn't like Vinny's response evidently. And the current firm picked it back up.

Are they waiting to spring this other alleged default at trial? Or pretrial?

Why did they dun and run?

Why did the other firm dun and run?

And why did the same(current firm dun Vinny again?

Will the Judge be upset they didn't just combine the 2 alleged defaults in the first place?
