Guest valandres
Sent a Pay for Delete letter to Progressive Management Systems for a medical bill that was never payed. Followed a sampleletter from this forum.Received response saying that they "confirmagreement to accept $$ as full and final payment"But it also says, "as agreed, debt is valid"and that they will delete from credit reportupon receipt of payment".but letter has no signature, onlyrepresentative name. Is this letter still validwithout a signature even though it's onCA letterhead? And I never agreed that debt was valid even thoughit was validated through CR agencies. kutuzov
If it's not signed it never happened. Who is responsable for the deletion? etc. As I see it nobody.
TomnTex
Me thinks that if you try and setlle, you will get suckered in the end. Seen to many attempts to settle go south in a bad way. Now worth it 99% of the time.
