LeoGoddess
I just received a letter in the mail from Midland Funding after i recieved my "case dismissed" letter. Midland sent me back some of the papers i sent out for verification of the debt. (Notice of appearance, affirmative defenses. The letter does not state the OC, account number, amount...nothing. They stated they received my correspondence but we are unable to locate an account in our system with this information provided. Please provide the following additional information to assist us: Full MCM account number or Full Orgional account numberSSN Wow! Really! So my response to them should be what other than demading them removed the listed item from my credit reports? Thanks In advance
admin
I would just remind them that they lost in their case to you and they are in violation of the FCRA for reporting inaccurate information. The account should be gone since there is no information and they actually admit that!
