Chess any1? 6
Congrats! I would love to follow your protocol, as I am dealing with Cap 1 now. Although, I am dealing with their attorneys, not JDB. I may need to borrow your request for discovery and interrogatories. I am glad they worked for you. Enjoy your victory:)
Weary Traveler 19
By any chance did they send you copies of statements that had court costs charged to the card? +1, I'd like to know this as well!
Flyerfan 442
Congrats! I would love to follow your protocol, as I am dealing with Cap 1 now. Although, I am dealing with their attorneys, not JDB. I may need to borrow your request for discovery and interrogatories. I am glad they worked for you. Enjoy your victory:) JDB strategy and OC strategy are completely different. The weakness for a JDB is standing and chain of custody. The OC does not have to worry about chain of custody as the account was not sold to them. Be careful.
malfets6 4
Wow, I wish I would have read this before hiring a lawyer! This would have saved me tons of cash; and I don't even know if the lawyer will be successful. I"m just hoping that he's as smart as you are, banksnogood!
ArtVandelay 405
Congratulations! Its good to know that Cap One's game plan is the same bluff as the JDBs!They own a lot of the HSBC accounts now and this should be helpful to others.
Cat123 11
Do you happen to have a Cap One arbitration agreeement? Multi-years a real plus. Thanks so much.
