Help in Pa with rogs...

Forget the six pages of long winded definitions, nobody reads them anyway, and at best thery'll get you a bunch of objections. This applies in any state, not just PA. I would suggest this as a preamble:

 

The following Requests shall be answered in accordance with the State of Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure, Chapter 4000 et seq."

 

 

That's all you need, they can't weasel out of that.

 

Put the case header at the top, number the requests, and leave space after each one for an answer. Also, post it here before you send it, most posters send a bunch of stuff that is meaningless and not in accordance with proper discovery procedure.
