Brandon225
I am just starting my credit repair journey. I am about to send out my first DV letters to the CBs. My question is, should I send them all at once or should I send them out a few at a time? Also, should I dispute multiple disputes in one envolope or send each one seprately? willingtocope
You send "debt validation" (DV) letters to collection agenies (CAs) within in 30 days of "first communication". You send "dispute" letters to Credit Reporting Agencies (CRAs). Send either Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested (CMRRR) so you have proof you sent them. And, remember, the minimum wage data entry cclerk who enters your dispute at the CRA has quotas to deal wiith (x number of letters per minute). If you send more than one dispute in a letter, they might skip the others.
