The first case management conference is usually where the scheduling and deadlines are laid out. But pre-trial conference is the catch all, be all. In my first case, a discovery conference was scheduled after the JDB was ordered to produce. They dismissed without prejudice instead. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
