In my state we ask leave of the court for discovery, so it could be listed for something like that. the court website may have a generic template for all motions, you can use it, or make your own in word to look like the other heading paperwork on your other court papers. Still digging though! ;o) A party seeking to use information which that party first disclosed later than sixty (60) days before trial shall seek leave of court to extend the time for disclosure as provided in Rule 37©(2) or ©(3). A party seeking to use information which that party first disclosed later than sixty (60) days before trial must obtain leave of court by motion, supported by affidavit, to extend the time for disclosure.
