eternalstudent
In Michigan Legislature 600.2145 Open account or account stated; proof, counterclaimIt says that the Plaintiff's affidavit if attached to complaint will be considered prima face evidence UNLESS "the defendant with his answer, by himself or agent, makes an affidavit and serves a copy thereof on the plaintiff or his attorney, denying the same." Can anyone point me in the right direction to find what a defendant would need to say in their affidavit.TIA.
