odeeb1 Posted July 13, 2013 Report Share Posted July 13, 2013 I am pro se and defending our foreclosure case in Orange County, Fl and about to file a 'Motion to Vacate Judgment' in terms of Rule 1.130(a) and Rule 1.540 b (1,2&3).Can anyone, who has cases in mind or has access to 'Westlaw', Lexis Nexis, etc., please give me links to a number of Appeal cases where judgments favored the mortgagor(borrower) in connection the above two Fl Rules.
